This event is being presented by AILA's New England Chapter. This event is not being organized by the AILA National Office. With government, national, and local expert panelists, this one-day advanced conference offers answers and practice strategies for winning challenging cases. Come and learn the latest news and practice. Morning plenary sessions include a panel related to the new presidency and our perennial favorite inter-agency panel with representatives from USCIS, ICE, and CBP. We will also have a full panel devoted to NVC-consulate issues. The afternoon sessions feature business and removal tracks. In the business track, panelists will discuss legal issues that intersect with immigration law, business immigration options during the new presidency, and PERM issues. In the removal track, panel topics include asylum, crimmigration, and advocacy in federal court. There will be an ethics discussion in the morning and topical discussion round tables during the lunch break, as well as an Ask an Expert lunch breakout where you can get your practice questions answered. Network, get CLE credit, and learn strategies that you can apply in your practice. Don't miss this excellent opportunity to meet the adjudicators and decision makers in person.

Registration:
Registration is available via the New England Chapter's website and the conference agenda is accessible for preview. For further questions about the conference, please contact Leslie DiTrani from the New England Chapter.
