• The Lawyer For the Day provides pro bono representation to low income defendants in small claims court on debt collection matters.
• Training will be provided on the debt  collection industry, common defenses to consumer debt collection suits.  Gain practical skills on how to represent low-income debtors in small claims negotiations, and trials. Join:
