Both landlords and tenants need representation in Housing Court. These cases can be a part of a pro bono project or cases on which to build a practice. This training will guide you through the trial of a case in Housing Court from opening to closing as well as evidentiary issues that may come up.

After this training, you will be able to volunteer to assist with the Lawyer for the Day in the Boston Housing Court program. Law students are welcome to attend the training, but only 3:03 certified law students can volunteer for the Lawyer for the Day Program.
