A quick Google search would have businesses believing that there is no insurance coverage for coronavirus losses.  Insurance carriers and brokers have seized control of the narrative, and they have done an excellent job of convincing policyholders that coronavirus claims are not covered.  The good news is that, despite what insurers are saying, the future is bright for policyholders.

This presentation takes a deep dive into so-called defenses to coronavirus claims and explains what arguments policyholders need to make in order to secure coverage.  Please join Mark E. Miller, founding partner of Miller Friel, PLLC, as he addresses:

  • The kinds of coronavirus claims that are covered;
  • The types of insurance policies that cover these claims; and
  • Why insurance company arguments for denying coverage are misguided.
