The Practising Law Institute is offering a one-hour briefing via webcast entitled Representing the Pro Bono Client: Consumer Law Basics 2020 on August 14, 2020 from 12:00 PM-8:15 PM Eastern.

Who Should Attend

Attorneys who want to volunteer to help low-income clients with consumer related issues and legal services advocates who want to enhance their skills in consumer litigation matters would benefit from attending this program.

As always, webcast attendees have access to all program materials, and will be able to view all program slides and submit questions to the speakers during the presentation.     PA CLE Credits: Six (6.0) Sustantive Credits

    Attendance at this event is categorized as "distance learning" by the PA CLE Board. On April 15, 2020, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued a Court Order temporarily waiving the six (6) hour limitation on distance learning credits for 2020 compliance deadlines. Attorneys in Pennsylvania may now complete all 12 hours of their 2020 CLE requirements though approved distance learning activities. More information on distance learning CLE credit.
