What happens when custody conflicts and parenting time troubles are multiplied by a pandemic? Three judicial officers from the second judicial district, all of whom are former legal aid practitioners, will discuss COVID issues in family law.  The conversation will cover a range of topics including whether denial or suspension of parenting time is warranted when a parent is not following COVID safety recommendations, how attorneys should be analyzing COVID issues, and what information is relevant when addressing COVID concerns in motion practice.

The panel will also include practical tips on motion practice and trial advocacy in a changed court environment.
