Advanced Bankruptcy for Pro Bono Attorneys

October is Pro Bono Month! We encourage all of you to get involved with legal services organizations and support their communities.
This advanced training is designed for attorneys who have attended our Intro to Chapter 7 Bankruptcy training or who have a basic understanding of the Chapter 7 process. Led by experienced bankruptcy practitioners, we will revisit key concepts and provide a more detailed look at some of the complex and frequently encountered issues in pro bono Chapter 7 cases.
This training is FREE with your commitment to accept at least one pro bono bankruptcy case from Community Legal Aid in the coming year.
