Eviction Sealing 101

Massachusetts tenants are now eligible to petition to seal certain older eviction cases if they meet specific criteria. Join us to learn which cases qualify and gain practical, step-by-step guidance on drafting effective Petitions to Seal. You’ll leave with the knowledge and confidence to support clients as they navigate this important new remedy.
