Justice Disrupted: Language Access at the Massachusetts Trial Courts

MA Appleseed and MLRI led this research in collaboration with other members of the Courts Language Access Working Group of the MA Language Access Coalition. 

This important report highlights the barriers faced by limited English proficient and deaf and hard of hearing individuals to accessing justice through the Massachusetts Trial Courts, and outlines key recommendations for improvement. We look forward to sharing our findings and engaging in discussion about this timely topic, and will share more information on how to access the full report after the launch.
