Join us for a conversation about child support with Attorney Joshua Fishbein, Chief Legal Counsel, Department of Revenue Child Support Services Division. We will discuss what services DOR provides, how to connect clients with DOR, when and how to connect with DOR legal staff, and more. In addition, we will discuss tips about when to file a complaint for contempt and when to hold off, as well as how to make your case, whether prosecuting or defending against a complaint for contempt. Time permitting, we’ll also talk about child support through abuse prevention proceedings.
