Come join the BBA Delivery of Legal Services Steering Committee as we host legal service partners the Political Asylum Immigration Representation Project (PAIR) and the National Immigration Litigation Alliance (NILA) to provide updates on current changes in the immigration landscape that impact your clients and our legal work.

PAIR’s Ilana Greenstein will share emerging legal updates that impact asylum seekers, parolees, those with temporary status, and other immigrants and also share her recent experience of working on the SW border with detained asylum seekers.

NILA’s Trina Realmuto will share developing litigation challenges on several issues, including TPS, parole status, Laken Riley Act, and the rise in deportations to third countries without advanced notice and need to present a fear-based claim with respect to the third country.
