Pro Bono Estate Planning: HIV Medical-Legal Partnership Info Session

Are you an experienced estate planning attorney? This information session will outline how you can use your expertise in estate planning to support some of the Commonwealth’s most vulnerable populations.
BBF grantee, the JRI Health Law (HLI) Institute needs your help! Experienced estate planners are needed to draft basic estate planning documents for aging clients living with HIV, including:
- Wills
- Durable powers of attorney
- Health care proxies
How does does this pro bono project work? HLI attorneys manage all client coordination/communication and assists with execution of document while private attorneys draft the documents and help answer potential client questions.
