Pro Bono in the Arts: Representing Artists and Creative Businesses

October is Pro Bono Month! We encourage all of you to get involved with legal services organizations and support their communities.

Curious about representing artists? Creative workers—whether in visual art, literature, film, music, theater, or other disciplines—often face the same challenges as small businesses, along with a few unique twists. Join staff and volunteers from the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts of Massachusetts for a Pro Bono Month program exploring the legal issues that artists and creative professionals most commonly encounter.
