This one-session training will give you the basics on initiating a wage and hour claim for your pro bono client. It will cover the basics of developing a wage and hour claim, the classification of employees, and calculation of overtime pay, meal, and rest break laws. This training is designed for attorneys of all experience levels and is free of charge to active VLP/Senior Partners volunteers. Steve Churchill from Fair Work, P.C. will be conducting the training.
