MEDICAL-LEGAL PARTNERSHIP LUNCHTIME WORKSHOP: ISSUE SPOTTING IN EMPLOYMENT LAW PRO BONO CASES
When: Tuesday, April 3, 2018

This training will provide pro bono attorneys the tools necessary to “red flag” employment issues and provide advocacy on behalf of low-income employees.
At the end of this training, pro bono attorneys will understand the basic principles and rights of the Americans with Disability Act (ADA), the Massachusetts Fair Employment Practices Act, the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the anti-retaliation provisions of the Massachusetts Workers Compensation Act.
