This is the first webinar in the "Representing Refugees and Asylees in Challenging Times" series. CLINIC will discuss the refugee admissions process from initial UNHCR referral to the priority resettlement designation, plus the refugee screening process and Department of Homeland Security adjudication. The presenters will also discuss both the affirmative and defensive asylum process, and give updates to asylum law and adjudications.
