This training will give participants the tools they need to handle guardianship of minor and guardianship of incapacitated person cases beyond that of filing a case and obtaining permanent guardianship. Topics will include: care plan reports, petitions to resign as guardian, petitions to remove a guardian, petitions to terminate a guardianship, petitions to expand/modify/limit a guardianship and how to handle competing guardianship cases. We will discuss practice tips and provide sample documents.
