Why You Should Attend
At the end of the October 2018 Term Justice Anthony Kennedy announced his retirement. This vacancy from Justice Kennedy's retirement was filled by the Senate's confirmation of Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Supreme Court observers are watching closely to see if the Court will now shift sharply to the right, or, if Chief Justice John G. Roberts will become a moderate force as a "swing vote" centrist.
The 21st Annual Supreme Court Review will provide an in-depth review and analysis of the October 2018 Term by a faculty of experts.
What You Will Learn
Key topics to be discussed at this year's program include:
- Overview of the October 2018 Term: identification of major decisions; themes of the term
