The webinar will feature guest speakers litigating the New York and California class action lawsuits challenging USCIS’s recent denials of many over-18 cases. The presenters for this event will be ILRC attorneys Rachel Prandini and Mary Tanagho Ross, as well as the Legal Aid Society Immigrant Youth Project's Elizabeth Rieser-Murphy and Tina Romero.
