Join us for an in-depth training on the new Public Charge regulation,which is currently set to take effect on October 15, 2019. Attendees will learn how to:

identify and assess benefits their clients have received,
screen clients under the new multi-factor test,
use a worksheet assessment tool to help determine case strategy, and
work with the new I-944 form assessing a client's "ability to be self-sufficient.
The training will be provided by lawyers from the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) New England Chapter, Massachusetts Law Reform Institute (MLRI), and the Protecting Immigrant Families (PIF) Coalition.
