This training will detail recognition and accreditation, the Department of Justice (DOJ) certification that allows non-attorney staff of non-profit agencies to provide immigration legal services under certain circumstances. The training will be conducted by Michelle Born of the Immigrant Services Support Department at the New York Immigration Coalition.
