Organizers from two very different programs discuss how they have designed, created, and iterated their remote services. The Bay Area Asylum Support Coalition (BAASC) supports immigrants in legal + non-legal areas, including community-building, connecting to community services, and navigating their pro se immigration cases. Citizenshipworks is an online tool and collaborative project that helps legal residents apply for citizenship. They may be joined by a panelist who can talk about their personal experience engaging with remote services. They may invite the audience to share their own process and learnings.
