This training will focus on some basics of negotiation and how to get the best result for tenants at their Tier 1 events and will feature an opportunity to break into groups and role play a Housing Court mediation. Assistance at Tier 1 mediation is the most common assistance provided at Lawyer for the Day; volunteers will leave this training prepared to represent clients in these events when they arise at LFD. This training will be presented by Katie Lambing, Amy Anthony, Rochelle Jones, Lin Wang, Lee Goldstein and Jeff Feuer.
