Family Law Project: Limited Assistance Representation (LAR) for clients with mental health conditions

Limited Assistance Representation (LAR) provides an opportunity for attorneys to represent clients in a discreet portion of their family law case. Limited Assistance Representation clients typically already know their hearing date and representation ends after the hearing.

This training will cover:

• Benefits & challenges of the LAR model
• Overview of motion practice in family court
