People whose petitions to seal their criminal records of cases ending in a NON-CONVICTION (dismissal, nolle prosequi, or not guilty finding ) were denied by a court, can re-file for another hearing because the Supreme Judicial Court has lowered the standard for sealing of records.

This flyer explains and summarizes the changes.
