The Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA) administers SNAP/ food stamps and cash assistance programs in Massachusetts. Although DTA does not post sub regulatory materials on their own website, many of these materials, including operations memos that are sent to the field, can be found in the benefits section of MassLegalServices.org
